Camembert cheese with Blackberries and Fig-Chili Balsamic Cream topping

Preparation time: approx. approx. 20 min

  • 200 gr Camembert cheese
  • 250 gr blackberries
  • 1-2 tbsp Crescendo Fig-Chili Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 4 stick thyme


  1. Put the honey together with butter in a small pot and boil it up together.
  2. Quench the mix with Crescendo Fig-Chili Balsamic Vinegar.
  3. Add the pinch of salt and the blackberries and glaze all ingredients for 2 min.
  4. Arrange two pieces of Camembert cheese on a plate together with the hot blackberry-topping and refine it with crème fraîche and one stick of thyme.
  5. For variety try adding different berries and grapes.
